Teen Ballroom Dance is a non-profit and tax-exempt organization that began January 2010. Its has two enterprises: Breath of Ballroom, a ballroom dance troupe for teenagers 13-19 years old; and Colloquy of Ballroom, a ballroom dance troupe for pre-teens 10, 11, and 12 years old. The organization's purposes are to: 1. Provide a forum where young people can regularly meet to learn, practice, and dance in various social settings, and perform at various events. 2. Provide opportunities for its members to perform service and outreach projects. 3. Preserve the historical significance of ballroom dancing. 4. Provide other activities to increase the physical and mental health of participants. |
